The protest by farmers has divided the industry into two. While some are standing in support of the farmers, there are some who believe that Farms Bill is necessary. Over the same, singer Diljit Dosanjh and Kangana Ranaut had a serious argument on social media. It started with Kangana misidentifying an old lady who participated in farmers' protest. This left Diljit fuming as he lashed out at her via Twitter. Kangana then called him Karan Johar's pet and it led to a war of words. Now, the Manikarnika actress has once again commented on the protest and even tagged Diljit and Priyanka Chopra in her tweet.

Kangana Ranaut commented on the cost of the protest led by the farmers. She wrote, "Cost of farmers protests so far 70,000 crores, because of dharna economic slowdown in neighbouring industries and small factories, might lead to riots, @diljitdosanjh and @priyankachopra you understand our actions have serious consequences please tell me who will pay for this?."  

Post this tweet of Kangana, Diljit made a tweet in Punjabi without tagging anyone. He wrote, "Ek Punjabi Di Khavat YAAD Aa Rahi aa ... Akhey... Tu kon main khamakha." Loosely it means 'Who are you?' Check out their tweets below:




The Punjabi singer-turned-actor has been extending his support to the farmers as much as possible. He even attended the protest at Singhu Border in person and stood by the farmers.
